Watching this makes me remember why I love having my 1996 ZJ so much. I think the ZJ is as capable as any 4x4 ever built, especially with a little tweaking of the suspension system and tire size. Great machines that can 'go anywhere, any time.'

Nice. This is one of the better Jeep -- especially, Cherokee -- compilations that I have seen. I like all Jeeps (except the JKs and some of the new things they try passing as Jeeps), but my preference is Cherokees.

I know there's a lot of Jeep purists out there who think that if it ain't a Wrangler it ain't a pure Jeep but I say the Grand Cherokee can do anything that any 4x4 can do. My own preference is for the original ZJ model. Mine is a '96 with 186,000 miles on the odometer and still going strong. It's got me over some rough places and over unplowed roads in snow storms with never a problem. I recently bought a Nissan Xterra too but I'll keep my ZJ until the day it truly lays down and dies.

A tribute to real offroad vehicles

That sad cheesy music, its amazing-I cried. Although I never got to participate in the Grand Slam, my wife and I bought a house in Kanab Utah and will be moving there soon. Tons of killer 4-wheelin out there. Just sayin'! Looks like the 98 ZJ will be going with us.

except for the one XJ clip, this video made my ZJ and I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

@kbar4x4 TnTcustoms has a Tcase tuck on their long arm kit, I think it raises it almost 2".

i would like to know how to get my transfer case to tuck in and not hang at stock position
