Glad I subbed. I'm PPL and tend to watch a lot of fixed wing pilots, so this is a nice change. That said, I'm for the setup, start up, lift off landing and shutdown more than I am the trip to. The PIC's thought process, etc.

aww man leave in the kids and people asking questions and leave in the startup procedures and take off... I live over in the indy area, i should drive over there sometime. I used to go south of st louis to buder park in fenton each year for a rc helicopter funfly where i competed in aerobatics and autorotation contests ... one year a brown hughes 500 (round nose, not the pointed E model) sheriffs helicopter flew in and landed and watched us a bit then took off and did some impressive maneuvers with it, pitching the nose up to the sky and doing a stall turn/tail over with a half roll on the way down. Just impressive for such an old bird.

I would like to see more of the peoples reaction, especially the kids, because they really enjoy it, heck I would go, lol

Hey, Love the videos! I have a question im regards to landing. Assuming you would contact ATC when leaving the hanger? but what about landing in public locations like in this video for example as Its not an airport. would you need to send a flight plan before flight? ect Many thanks Matt

So I got a couple ideas for you. KZfaqrs like to get their own clothing line out there, a good one for you would be a T-shirt that says( kiss me I'm a pilot), or another one would be (ask me about my copter). Could do another one with on the front that says (flying high), and on the back has a picture of your Copter. How about a T-shirt that says (my own) on the front, and on the back and big letters (boss) with a copter behind it giving it a kind of 3D look. I love doing this kind of stuff, if you want to use any of it go right ahead. You could do the same thing with hats. Maybe a truckers hat that has a picture of your copter in the background with (my own) written in small letters on the top, with (boss) in big letters 3D look again. If you wanted to get out in front of the crowd, the surf style windbreakers are making a huge comeback right now, I think a windbreaker would go really good with a helicopter pilot. A good slogan for yourself might be (high life) on the front with a picture of your copter on the back, or (flying high). You might be too young to know about surf style windbreakers, but they were crazy popular back in the 90s, and are still awesome looking with their bluish greenish tint. Let me know if you like any of the ideas.

The beginning of this video started out really good with you giving everyone some good informative and telling everyone what some of the rules are and what it takes for you to fly and land. This is interesting content, because there's not a lot of people that fly copters. I only know of a couple that I watch. i'm sure there's more out there, but i haven't watched any of them yet. Keep it up, pretty cool! You could get a police scanner and listen for some good stuff happening that you could get to and record. just wear a helmet with a go pro and maybe put a few more all around the copter and you can catch some good footage of maybe some police chases or arrest. Just go to the ones where police are calling for backup, or if anything sounds good.
