Actually bahrain fort was the capital of dilmun civilization and it’s foundation and the smaller fort next to it were built in 2300 bc so almost 4500 years old, however the current fort that you’ve visited was built in th 1500s + the color of the water in the avenues mall and what matt though was litter is actually the reclamation of the sea process to built an extension to the mall. Welcome to bahrain 🇧🇭🙏🏻 and I hope you’ve enjoyed your stay at our beautiful island.

Wow Bahrain! Some Bahraini tribes migrated to Saudi Arabia and uae during 20th century when there was no modern infrastructure or shiny buildings.

Hi, so nice to see Bahrain again . I lived and worked in Bahrain from 1977 to 1988. Then it was a quaint place , plenty hotels and clubs . Try the Dilmun Club and the Rugby Club . Enjoy your visit.

Was at a Wedding there years ago. It was a great place for people working in Saudi Arabia to get married because it had a Christian Church!!

i am from Bahrain I've seen those places multiple times but Bahrain fort i only saw twice Bahrain is extremely small and i recommend don't go to that hotel go to the four-season or 4seasons and if you ask for the location remember when you went to the avenues before that when you where recording cool cars driving you see that H tower in the left that's the hotel am talking about

Also, you guys should plan a roadtrip to Muscat/Oman. It's naturally beautiful and has much better roads than the rest of Gulf countries. It'll be a super refreshing experience 🤩

Since bahrain is only 1 hour drive from my house I'll always rather go there have fun instead of suffering from the traffic in ksa, I've loved their city and the ppl there are always welcoming. And I always reserve in the same hotel, if we are more than 4 ppl best to reserve the penthouse, or ill go to Wyndham Garden which i dont like recently they declined in their service. Love bahrain 🇧🇭

We have air con everywhere indoors, not because the country is very rich (which it is btw) but because we have to. The weather sucks here its very HOT all year we'd literally melt without air conditioning.
