I made a few tweaks. TF-A to AF-A AP-A to IF-A The goals scored are amazing and the movement of the players is so beautiful.

Well analyzed and translated. As an Ajax fan of decades, I'd say you're right on the midfield. Alvarez is a competent DM, who can also play BPD. But I think he lacks the passing range to be a playmaker or halfback. (If you watch either of the USMNT-Mexico matches this cycle, the US seemed to take advantage of this by pressing him hard. Which pinned the entire Mexican midfield back.) So I don't think he's a consistently progressive passer. Especially vs better opposition. Haller, if you track his goals this year, has been scoring almost exclusively from "tap-in" range. Mostly from cutbacks. But very much, center channel, width of the goal, and inside the box. Classic poacher goals. This is something else the analysts have gotten wrong. They keep saying Haller is playing a false 9/DLF role. But he's not creating goals. And he's not playing back to goal (as West Ham had him playing). Outside the odd outlet from the back when teams overcommit to the press, his involvement in the buildup is minor. So I agree, either TM(A) or Poacher.

AHH that's food to hear I got it right . Yeah I look at his goal higlights and also a few touch maps. He contributes with his back to goal but is the creative type so no f9 or dlf.i just though the poacher doesn't contribute at all with build up and at times the tf will just drop a few yards so you can fire it into him

This is actually almost the same tactic that win me FA cup with Swansea in the 1st season. Except I have a IF on the left, a PF, and a DLP on defend.

Na I wouldn't say it's OP mate . I don't design things to break the game just to show you how Ajax play. It's a high press with a strong side so always gonna be useful in FM

Thanks mate !! I always create tactics with an IRL idea in my head and then try and replicate it the game and see if it works OP tactics for me is just basically cheating in my eyes

I believe Ronaldo hasn't the balance now to play that role, he would be better as a poacher. He would still be perfect for those cutbacks but wouldn't need to play with his back in the goal so much.
