Consent has been sent to driver how? you didn't put drivers email, does driver need to have a clearing house account to sign the consent?

Yes, the request for your permission will be sent to you as a notification on your clearinghouse account , which you can then approve or deny when you log in .

What I want to know is .. What will show up on a query like this on the employers end ? . will specific details as far as the drug used to fail a test show up or just the fact that it was positive ?

Deivy, I dug deeper and YES, it does say what it was positive for! I am super surprised, but keep in mind that they can only see this IF you approve the query.
