Some people say Chica killed phone guy, however, it was Golden Freddy, here is why: banging sounds can be heard, which means Foxy was banging in the left door, so foxy and bonnie couldnt have killed him. Then we hear the toreador march from Freddy which makes many people think that Freddy killed him, however, if the lights turned off, the call would have already ended. At the end of the call, the jumpscare noise of Golden Freddy can be heard.

The breathing from either (or both) Bonnie or Chica, the banging on the door from Foxy, the music box from Freddy and the jumpscare audio from Golden Freddy make it obvious that he wasnt Dawko.
