I have a headcanon, since Golden Freddy's laugh sounds like crying and laughing at the same time, the laughing sound is from Cassidy and she's happy to get revenge. The crying sound is from c.c/Evan.

@LeaveMeAlone3omgIgotloggedouta In the Fazbear Frights novels, Jake, who's like Evan (dying in the hospital due to a brain-related problem, his dad uses a plush to talk to him) When Jake dies, he possesses a doll. Eventually, a scientist somehow got ahold of this doll, and pulled off its head to attach it to an endoskeleton that he's allowed to soak in the agony from countless other objects that were around. In short, his soul gets fused to a plush next to him later transferred to Stitchwraith by a scientist which is possessed by Andrew, that universe's Cassidy. With this info, It's likely Evan possessed his plush which was in his bed and as for how he became Fredbear, William likely did something, he did say he will put him back together, another theory I found is that not all souls have to be in the animatronic when killed, the soul can possess the thing that was the closest thing related to their death, for Evan it would be Fredbear because he didn't die in him, but died because of him and therefore was the closest thing related to his death which ultimately lead to be transfer to Golden Freddy where Evan is stuck with Cassidy.

Cassidy is either a girl or a boy. So both is correct. She is depicted as a girl but also depicted as a boy. So their gender is also Yes.

Her gender is whatever you want it to be! So if you see Cassidy as a boy then he is a boy and if you see Cassidy as a girl then she is a girl :) Scott left her gender up for interpretation for a reason!

Also, the reason they refer to Cassidy as a he in UCN it’s because they are referring to Golden Freddy, the animatronic she possesses. The suit Golden Freddy is a male animatronic, while Cassidy herself is a girl.

Cassidy is amigable and gentle with C.C and Andrew is rude,not so good and agressive with Jake. So the vengeful spirit is not a amigable and gentle with william so Andrew is vengeful spirit?
