Vanny can be such an amazing killer in dead by daylight, this can be her theme as she’s chasing you with the blurry screen as one of her perks

Dude, this sounds like those old RPG Maker horror games from last decade, cheese and over the top for just a silly chasing sequence, and I love it!

A few people wanted this for some reason. Every single sound effect was a different file so it's not perfect but it's whatever. I also turned down the ringing in the background because it was straight up earrape how it was.

i really must say that this soundtrack REALLY made the scene actually very creepy for some reason, like.. they really did a good job on that one. while even just watching the gameplay of it and seeing vanny appear with those effects, THIS .. SOUNDTRACK? just gave me such goosebumps it's just unreal- very scary sounding indeed, love it.

Al thought Vanny herself doesn’t appear that often, I do have to say the time she does and this sound effect appears it just scares the absolute living shit out of me and idk if anyone saw in Markiplier’s play through in fighting Chica but she RAN like mofo didn’t skipped like she usually does but she ran after Mark tried using the laser on her kid you not caught me off guard

When Vanny spawns all you hear is the quiet wubbing mixed with the ambience, that's your cue to get a move on. Just knowing she's spawned and B-lining for me is bad enough

This chase effect gives me the creeps. The minute I heard this for the first time, my heart was beating fast when I heard this. I knew it was a sign that Vanny is growing nearer. This is honestly the best and creepiest sound effect. They found the right theme for Vanny.

I know Vanny's presence in the game was disappointing, but if you really think about the times where she DOES appear, it's actually kinda terrifying. Think about it; Imagine yourself in Gregory's shoes, you're just walking down a neon-lit hallway underneath Fazer Blast, said hallway is drenched in green and purple lights, and there were several TVs displaying ads for multiple attractions and funky food. It feels like you've been walking for ages, and you're desperately trying to contact Freddy on his whereabouts. Suddenly, you begin hearing a faint droning noise, it's quiet but still there. It then gets louder, as if whatever is making it is getting closer. It starts sounding staticy and distorted, nearly like it's coming from a broken radio. Another thing that you notice is that it sounds like it's coming from somewhere behind you. A chill goes down your spine and your heart mysteriously begins thumping a little faster, a nervous sweat running down your face. The glitchy droning gets louder and more noises are now joining in, all forming together into some sort of janky, distorted music. The green and purple neon that surrounds you then transitions to a bright red and orange, then suddenly, the screens are next to glitch. Your ears are now hit by screeching white noise as all the screens began to change and in seconds, you're greeted with the eerie smiling face of that white rabbit lady who's been following you everywhere. Her currently-dim red eyes stared into your soul, your heart was now pounding in your chest. She giggles creepily before she spoke *"Get ready for a surpriiiise~"* she taunts, her eyes lighting up in their ominous red glow. The transmission ends and the TVs go back to being all snowy and white. You gulp, knowing that the "surprise" wouldn't be fun. With all that being said, you better *run* ... In seconds, you began sprinting down the hallway, the cacophonous music was still in earshot, along with fast footsteps on your tail. You look behind you to see that Vanny has somehow caught up and is running after you, flailing her knife. That very sight gave you a boost of adrenaline and so you ran faster. Vanny laughed maniacally, seemingly not breaking a sweat even with that fursuit she wore. You made several turns until you saw an open elevator ahead, with Vanny not far behind, you rush in and press the button. The lift takes an agonizingly slow minute to close and Vanny was in the distance, running at you like the madwoman she was. The doors finally shut and just in time too. Vanny is just inches away as they close and the lift takes you up. But as you do so, you hear one final sentence from Vanny as her music dies out. *"See you soon..."*

What I like about this tract is that it perfectly demonstrates that panic and anxiety that follows when Vanny is chasing you. It vaguely sounds like a heart beating harshly that usually is a side effect of a panic attack Very clever audio design

If you hear closely to the theme in here, heart beating so tightly one Gregory sees Vanny his heart starts beating fast
