I have a source, Scott Cawthon confirmed on reddit that William Afton is not literally purple, which means he wasn’t scooped, since in Custom night we see ennard inside a dude who’s skin has gone rotten and turned purple. Still the actual name of this music is called Gradual Liquidation, and this can be also played in the ending credits for the Real Ending (after Michael opened his eyes revealing Ennard is in his body after he got scooped by Ennard) and the Fake Ending (after Michael watched an episode of The Immortal and the Restless then Ennard crawled side to Michael and looked at him)
