it sounds so apocalyptical, like you would hear this walking in the city streets while its raining, buildings torn down and destroyed, rusty cars everywhere, moss growing out of the sidewalks and buildings, that kind of mood

How I see it: more of a track that plays in the opening, where a camera pans exactly what you described. Then boom, title card. It then fades out as the music gets quieter. The camera pans down from the sky to film someone walking amongst the rubble and debris that you described

I know it’s a weird description, but I think it fits better as “soft music to contemplate your life to.” It’s an air of mystique and familiarity, the same energy looking at your past and thinking about the future.

This song sounds like the act of dying. Not a foreboding fear of death, but the act of dying and the realization that comes with it. There is an intense, nearly insurmountable sadness that this song brings, but there is a melancholy beauty that lies within. I fear that if I were to die soon, I would hear this song perpetually ringing in my ears, signaling my end, before it even happens. A beautiful melody, but a terrible omen.

Now that you mention it, it does describe the act of death. Feeling all of your efforts going to waste as the light from your eyes fade, your breathing eases, and your entire body feeling light. All in a vain attempt to right the wrongs that were unfairly bestowed onto you, and you never got that chance
