The fact that BF is using the Finn sword, who has to watch a horrific, twisted version of himself and everyone he probably loves. Also something that I noticed about the glitch, in the case of Finn at least, it reverts them to their original state seen in the first seasson of their show. Maybe to keep their shows from ending, like if they never grow and remain stagnant the fun will never have to end.

The sword battle bit was really good and clever. Just hearing them go really fast back and forth with eachother and the bass being low but tight, it brings out a lot of intensity of the current situation.

The video makes it feel like a boss battle honestly (Note, this is just my interpretation, I just overanalyze for fun): - BF has now shown to be more confident, both in singing and his stance (Character development!) - In other videos, you can hear the uncertainty that BF has in his voice while singing, while the opponent takes the lead in the song, BF in this song seems to be more confident, and sings with all he's got, making his own patterns, even attempt at making Finn keep up in certain segments - BF in these is usually shown to be scared of the darkness, and often ops to lean away, keeping his hands up, as if he wants to push away the darkness if it tries to come close, his stance is vulnerable, and clearly shows that he's lost his sense of stupid bravery, fully realizing what he's facing. Now if you see in this video, his stance is much more confident, although you can tell he's not 100% familiar with using a sword, rather running away from the darkness, he takes them head-on, his confidence is back, of course still keeping a sense of caution. - Pibby now has noticeable changes, similar to BF - Her look now resembles more of a hardened warrior, now possessing a proper eyepatch, rather then the old bandage she used to cover her eye. - Same as BF, she's much more confident to fight, and no longer stands in a scared/vulnerable position - Facial expressions too - The music (although its the first song), the intro is much more intense than the other songs that we've heard so far, it sets the feeling of urgency, that whoever is about to come out is a threat like no other, and that the darkness is done playing games, it's pissed (I'm not sure if its actually sentient, but whatever). - The vocals begin with a slow beginning, BF can't seem to tell who it is yet, and begins at a slow pace, while keeping his guard up, and seems to be more focused on observing the surrounding area, rather than focus on singing yet. - The sudden end of instrumentals when Finn is finally revealed, makes it feel as if theres sudden shock of realization. - Finns vocals are very upbeat, and forced at the same time, as if the darkness is puppeteering his voice, and you can tell by the tiny effects in Finn's voice. (Sounds like screaming in pain and joy at the same time) - It makes that sense COULD be a final boss, since by looking at BF and Pibby, a good amount of time has probably passed, meaning that they've probably encountered a lot of corrupted characters by now. The darkness is beginning to lose, and it can obviously tell that, so it uses it's final ace card, The hero of Ooo. - If you think about it, Finn is a very strong person in general, hes fought countless times, and usually wins, his fighting is advanced, and is now enhanced by the darkness' abilities (As seen at 1:26), although hes just a puppet now, that doesn't mean hes a mindless creature, he still has his original knowledge of certain things - The darkness seems to revert other characters to their original state, perhaps that could mean that Finn just has one trait of himself enhanced, likely his adventurer spirit? Anyways, that's all I have, sorry for my gibberish

Alright, I put some thought into this for a unique gimmick and I have an idea. At the first "combat" segment, 2 new notes appear, a red one and a blue one. You are to press Red notes, as they will damage you extra is you miss. These are considered "dodge/block notes." They play during Finn's part. Occasionally, a blue note will appear, being a COUNTER note, which will stop the red notes for a small amount of time. Whenever it is BF's turn, the notes will glitch back to normal, glitching back the the "Dodge and counter" system back in when it's Finn turn. When they both sing, it is ONLY red notes until the "What time is it" part, in which the 2 notes will appear less and less until the second Combat segment (which isn't here, but appears in the soundtrack versions.). At this point, WAY more red nots appear, and there is now a GREEN "attack" note, which pushes the bar back a LOT AND stops "Block" notes from appearing. The only issue? You can only attack 3 times, as Jake will ambush you if you open yourself up again. This just means attack notes won't appear in the chart anymore once you use up all three attacks, no insta-kill, because that's just dumb. That's it, I may make gimmicks for other songs if this gets attention.

you never fail to amaze, dude. i’d already thought the OG version was good, but this is blowing me away. it feels like it has more of finn’s personality sprinkled in. and the lore and extra bf parts you added made this even cooler! awesome job! edit: in short, i’m absolutely obsessed with your pibby content. the lore is so addicting. edit 2 lmao: i think another cool detail is that whenever you draw the corrupted characters, they’re always done in a somewhat messy storyboard/sketchy style. it’s like that theory somewhere in these comments pointing out how the corruption reverts the corrupted to their form from the first season of their show. so cool.

I really love the little animation of BF and Finn clashing swords and how Finn is much more violent under the Glitches control. Finn has always been a wild and unpredictable fighter but he has never hacked away with such viciousness before.

Wow... It's so cool to see how Jakeneutron's concepts changed: From simple concepts musics to a actually playable mod to now this. And also the part where BF glitched and it said "Begin phase 3" was actually a non-listed video that you needed to decode using Caesar Cipher to find it Extra: The characters in the concepts (like Steven, Spongebob, and now Finn), if you watch the original pibby trailer there were corrupted versions of characters from Adventure Time and Steven Universe, and even spongebob's house. Which proves that they will appear in the Pibby cartoon. Final note: And no Twilight and Oswald probably won't be there, and even there's a chance Twilight appears, Oswald is from an old cartoon so I don't think he will be there.

This song is an absolute banger. I honestly really prefer it to the original for multiple reasons, mainly the fact that Finn's voice isn't a mixture of Morse Code, Enchantment Table and Screeching and that Finn actually says something in a glitch-y way instead of just becoming a fax machine like in Together-Forever. The eerie feel in an aggressive way you mentioned is honestly captured so much more in this remix than it is in the original. You really feel just a sense of dread in this song, as if you're fighting for your life and that one wrong move and it's over, which makes sense considering how that's what this song is supposed to be. Man, knowing the context that Jake and BMO aren’t corrupted makes this a lot sadder. They’re probably somewhere nearby when this was going down. And knowing that this is after “Come along with me” Grass Finn probably still recognizes Finn, even while inside the Finn sword.

something i think is interesting to note is that all the characters that have a song so far have had some sort of "end". steven universe ended after 5 seasons in 2019, and the extended future series ended in 2020. spongebob, while not having an explicit end, is usually seen online as inferior to what it once was, and a lot of people consider it to have ended after a certain older season depending on the person, similar to how most people see the simpsons. oswald got phased out after universal forced it away from disney and it ended up not being as popular as it once was. even though disney has regained the rights to him these days and have stated plans to use him in the future, nothing has really happened since the fairly niche epic mickey series. from what i know, mlp as a brand is still going on, but the popular friendship is magic series that people usually associate it with ended in 2019. and now, adventure time, which ended in 2018 after 10 seasons. i think it's also important to note that all these characters are appearing in, or at least very closely to, their original appearances. steven is showing up as his later self, although is seemingly using more movie quotes than future, which came before. spongebob hasn't ever changed too much, but he looks bigger than normal which could be a reference to one scene during the theme song that has been consistent throughout the years. oswald has also barely ever changed in terms of walt disney's original design for him, aside from a switch to color, but he does switch back to monochrome colors at one point in his song. twilight sparkle also seems to have stayed pretty consistent (i admit im not a huge mlp fan), but iirc she gets her wings in the first episode(/season??) so it seems all clear. and now, again, finn. he shows up as his oldest and most popular form, and even uses his oldest sword in the series, while bf fights him with the much later "finn sword". considering all the messages we're decoding, i think whatever is causing the pibby glitch in this interpretation is trying to keep these cartoon characters in some sort of time capsule, to have them run forever.

So I have a little theory I came up is that the glitch is somehow aware of the cartoons ending so when it comes up at the end of the vid giving hints on “I don’t want it to end” and “Why do they all have to go?” Is that the glitch is corrupting them so that those shows don’t ever end and that the “fun” will never stop (like if a child doesn’t want to let go of something they dear the most from their past) so it likely hates seeing that these shows will be gone forever until it becomes nothing but a relic of the past
