Today with the help of palehorse molds i make 3 different holsters, a standard iwb with claw, an owb with qls, and an owb with ubl. Man i must say i love this process and i hope you guys learned something from the video!

Somewhat, safariland doesn't release their parts so we can't copy them. So we have to do our own style of holstee

Nuther good video. I'm glad your doggo was safe and sound! I'm thinking of beginning the process to start holster manufacturing full time, sort of how you do it. Is it a lucrative business? Meaning, is this a financially stable business to be in, and how long did it take before you could quit the day job? Edit- you should engrave your name and logo on the "blemished" shells, and sell them. That way it's advertised that they're yours, but can get them in the hands of less experienced holster makers to practice on.... thoughts?

Kits with Safariland QLS should get charged more. That's a lot of extra work. Even compared to kits with G-Code.

Ya safariland mid drops. No strap needed. Mounts to your belt. Lands holster around your pocket

Question if you open the hood and put it on the blocking will the strap almost fall in place on the other side where you need the blocking for it. Not sure if that will work also for finding the location

Strap will fall in place when using a full mold. A split you need to judge it by eye

depends on order. i do them as they come in, but i will be adding a quick ship section of holsters that are quick to build. I also offer rush my order option which puts an order before everyone else. Im currently almost to my july orders and knocking them out. I also will build duplicate holsters together as well
