It would be really cool if you did a video showing how big your afro is now!! No blowouts or braids, just styling your raw afro if it will even stay up since your hair has gotten so long! That would be a thumbnail to see! 😉

So glad you joined mouse gang im part of it! This is a holy grail! Lottabody mousse is affordable and great! I use mousse on blown out hair or I wash my hair out it in twists after detangling, rinse conditioner out , wring hair then slap on mousse and let it dry in that state!

My hair in the front never stays. When it gets to this point i flat braid the front and leave the back out. New look same braid out. More time to enjoy it

To get the best from your twist outs without manipulating too much, let it evolve into a new hairstyle. At day 4, it could be half up-half down. The puffier it gets it can be a Mohawk then to a ponytail until wash day. Your hair has grown so much! It looks absolutely beautiful! Do you have any hair goals with length or are you just going along for the ride?

Yeah. Great, I also said pull the top up into a puff, twist something... And I know Joy-el knows this already, but I was talking to the TV. I probably can pull up with a twist or even braid, but it's hard when you are 62 (I can wear puffs but in mature way/can be tricky/low puffs works better for me). I love seeing her hair grow and evolve. Yes, I agree with you on your idea. Take care...

I love that stuff. I have found Gorilla snot on top of foam will hold my hair forever. The yellow holds better than the green. Putting the foam on wet hair works great too. It’s not as stretched but has a very nice hold.

Scare?! You could neva! This foam did good for you. The front held on pretty good the back is fire! I have yet to try the few foams I have. If all you have to redo is those front pieces that’s not bad at all. Great video! I also need to get a rev air….. one day😂

I apply meille honey and pomegranate mousse to wet hair flat twist then sit under a hooded dryer to set the hair. The following day I untwist my hair it last about 5 days.

I love your progress! You should try oil rinsing, I found our hair loves oils and I let it set with oils and a leave-in for a day or so, then loosen the braids, and let them air dry. Then, I style as desired. I get amazing results! (Letting our hair air with dry with the oils, seems to infuse hair with the oils.)

So when you started the video and you had more definition in the front with the first way that you apply the foam had you braided your hair again cuz if you hadn't then you had more definition the way that you did it initially. I might have missed something!
