Concentration is the key to score more runs while batting. Batsmen can't afford to commit a mistake even once coz he will be loosing his wicket by that mistake. In order to avoid such mistakes you gotta concentrate without flaw. So in this video I've discussed about the disturbances that happen while batting along with the solution to overcome it.

Excellent tip. Nobody usualy talks about this, the switching ON and switching OFF technique. After every delivery I squat and try to focus on the tiniest grain of sand till the bowler is ready for the run up. It always works.
