It integrates (as the name suggests) different facets of Agriculture such as livestock rearing, crop production, fish farming and more.
It's founded on the idea that nothing goes to waste. In this edition of Kiilimo na Biashara we explore just how this system works.

Love it. I hope this farm is also online. Watching ( and learning) from Suriname. Very very good. I need to visit this farm. Am in Holland on vacation right now. Never been to Africa but most of what i know i've learned from African farmers online in videos or online training.

I share your excitement about this video and the insight 🤗Please also search: Syntropic Agroforestry. This is a regenerative landmanagement method born in Brazil. Since they have the same climate as Suriname I personally think it can be very beneficial to introduce there!

This is amazing! Kudos to the Director/CEO of Compass farm. Your integrated farm is so inspiring. Nobody deserves to go to bed hungry in Africa. Please kindly share your rain collecting techniques for the benefit of our rural and smallholder farmers. God bless you Sir.
