Man, such a good awareness. My son passed away in 2020 due to a rare Mitchondrial disorder. Learned so much about the TK2 genes and how they affect the body, cells, etc. My son is the reason I've studied fitness and health! Such a good conversation there! 🙏🏻

Hey guys, thanks for all of the solid intel in health. You guys rock! 34yr old Marine Corps Veteran who lost that fitness motivation after getting complacent and lazy. You guys motivated me to get back in the fight and I feel great. I’m still learning how my body progresses as far as my diet. I’m in a caloric deficit of 1413 calories a day i weigh 159 lbs. I originally weighed 168lbs before getting back into it. I’m looking to get to 155lbs and lose all the body fat then bulk up more muscles to look more defined. I took your advice and focused on strength training and not cardio while still maintaining my daily steps of around 11k-12k steps .Wish me luck 💪🏽🙏🏽

I got a galaxybrain tipp for you: If you are not motivated to go to the gym or work out just pick your favorite exercise and ONLY do like 3 sets and then leave the gym. ...but once you are at the gym all of that goes out of the window and you'll do like 4 more exercises because now you are motivated and you are at the gym anyway ... works like a charm every time 😎

Hey guys, I just have to say after 40 years of weight training I’ve never got the results that I’m getting using Maps split. I actually had to increased my calorie intake. I’m 59 plan on doing my first physique competition in July and I figured I’d give Maps split a shot. I’m just amazed at the transformation in such short time .I do have a questions that maps program should I use after split or should I re run it ? I’m just beyond belief what this program has done. It’s designed perfect and enjoy it . The steps are working great as well. Thanks Mark

I have maintained a 115 pound weight loss for almost 3 years now, and a lot of the credit goes to all the many hours of Mind pump podcasts I have watched. But when people ask me for advice I just tell them 3 simple things. First eat whole foods and focus on protein. Second, resistance training with the big compound movements. Third is walk and hydrate. (I also tell them to listen to mindpump of course) I like how you guys keep it simple, it's honestly refreshing with all the muscle meatheads yelling about chicken and rice. Or you woman wearing underwear in TikTok videos doing 40,000 donkey kick back and lying about that's how she grew her butt. Keep up the great work fellas.

I was so frustrated because I couldn't get a proper pull up without the strongest band I've got when I started Anabolic in September last year. I repeated Anabolic and now I'm doing Symmetry phase 2. I still can't perform a pull up without the band but I can squeeze in 2-3 with the medium band and 5-6 with the strong band. So, I'm pretty happy with my progress and hope to do better by the end of Symmetry. The hardest part is to follow the program to a "t", which I do...but boy is that difficult!!! Always thinking I could do more😊😊

Been lifting since I was 12 (old enough to get out of the kids club and on the weight room floor at 24 hour). The gym scene here in the Philippines is young, and it's true. Most people train here to rid of belly fat and to "look good." I myself, having had heart issues and heart surgery, I want to get stronger to make sure people don't put me in that category of "oh you've had heart surgery we are going to look at you like you have limits". Have you guys had clients who have gone thru open heart surgery? And if so, what is your best advice for strength workouts. Like, is it better to increase strength in the core first? the legs? the upper body? I'm just concerned about the strength around the sternum. My docs say I should be healed enough in the 8 years to not limit myself in strength goals, but I know my body, and I know it's weakened around that area. Anyways hope you guys see this

I'm commenting early in the video so maybe this is answered and I will find out in the next 60 mins, but a great question would be defining what the "first year" of training is being considered or if there is data out there to give guidelines. For example using myself, I had a solid 4 years of very very inconsistent dedicated training but did have some active jobs and on average hit the gym maybe once a week on average. Does that place my body into a state that switching to consistent gym training wouldn't be considered "first year"? As a much easier situation, Id imagine that the highschool peak athlete that hasnt done a workout in a decade or longer going back to the gym consistently would be considered "first year"?

I’m currently trying to transition from phase 1 to phase 2 of anabolic and I am getting completely gassed halfway through the workout. I’m not sure if I should drop weight to try to make it to the end of the workout, or just get through as much as I can and not worry about finishing. Your thoughts?

Sal's sounding a bit overly paranoid lately. I tend to agree way more with Adam on how things are. There are clearly people with power and influence who are pushing their narratives, but I highly doubt that it's to the extent that Sal's suggesting. Sometimes sounds a little bit wacky (maybe the idea sounds so interesting to him that part of him thinks/hopes it's true?).
