FoE Double Collection on Great Buildings

In this video, I cover what Double Collection on Great Buildings (GBs) means and looks like within Forge of Empires (FoE). I also caution about leveling other player's GBs due to this aspect of Double Collection. You may think that you're helping another player by leveling his/her GB but you may actually be causing more harm. It never hurts to reach out and ask the player before dropping. :-)

Thanks for this video! I love your attitude towards the game and you sound like a fun person. I just written down that i should do this with my Purple Octopus (Kraken) and Himeji Castle - yes thats how your pronounce it!:)

And i mean i wanna tripple collect from kraken and HC:) Thats so cool acutally, you only have to do this once every 2 days, instead of daily. And when you level it you can tripple collect. Its also nice because HC can give 200 FP and that fills up the FP bar. I can see that you have 40k FP in packs so it doesnt matter so much to you, but im making 100-200 FP per day (my record 2 weeks ago was 460 in one day! Exactly cos of Himeji Castle), so its not as easy to get rid of it in High middle ages. But if you tripple collect it, you can easily have 400 or 600 FP and be ready to put it in somewhere or just pack it.

Triple collecting is awesome! Those are the very best of times and based upon your observation, a time saver...why didn't I think of that lol!?! OH, I love my HC for that 200 FP perk! I think it makes everyone extremely happy, even a player with 40K in inventory lol.

Best building sequence for BG: SMB, Shinto temple, bathhouse, olympic treasury, crow nest, abandoned manson,Mikawa bridge, world fair, yiggdrassil, moon gate, flourishing miler.

the one thing I like to do with BG when it is ready to level is a little different. It doesn't make a huge difference, but say you have 5 chances at a X2.. I have a mental list of the 10 "best" buildings to collect from and double. Do the 6-10 first, then level the BG, then do 1-5... since your % chance is higher at the higher level :)

Before i watch the video: For the first time EVER today i double dipped my dynamic tower, and it was so nice cause igot 57 goods, when if i hadnt double dipped i would have gotten 30!

Hmm I don't have any videos on that, but I should!! A sweet spot video lol 😂 oh dear that sounds bad 🙈 I would tell him..."Your donations are hugely helpful but I am going to set up 1.9 trades with certain players on my Arc to keep the cost cheapest now that the levels become more expensive. Your donations could hurt my Arc progress at this time because my Arc is entering the sweat spot, but I would love your help on my (enter GB here). Could you move here, my friend? 🤩"

Also, how high is your chateu! 28 goods is ALOT more then 5 goods! I only get 11 goods, and have a lvl 8 chat.

Great question! After, I focused on my Arc, the CF was next on my plan of attack! It is currently at level 71 and one of the most crucial GBs, in my opinion.

Why don't you get rid of the confirmation to switch quest, it's already annoying enough to cycle recurring quests for your CF but with the box it's even more tedious.

Lol because it's been a habit of mine for 3+ years bahaha, I don't mind it. Plus, if I dismiss the confirmation window, I am concerned that I will lose the confirmation window when I drop a forge point amount on great buildings. I don't want to lose that confirmation notification window. I am a goon, what can I say. :-)

One simply does not complain about their Arcs being leveled. That’s a special case, not sure if the owner understood what the Arc is really for. Send that guy a tutorial. He needs it.

ROFL 🤣 I'm pretty sure I'm still friends with him too, whoever he is... I can't remember his name. 😂 When my Arc was rising I was ecstatic if someone leveled it bahaha
