The deduction at 4:00 is wrong, that arrow can have 4 length with numbers 2,3,1,3. No one says arrow cannot have the same numbers on it. Sum is 9.

Yeah I'm wrong on the deduction in R3C3, but the logic after it doesn't depend on this note. One of two cells R5C4 and R5C5 must have a 2, so I can fill R6C3 by classic.

How do you get the 5 at @2:55? I can figure out why it can't be 12 or 7-9. But I can't eliminate 4 or 6.

I marked red cells are horrors. Based on the rule, horrors are odd only.
