Some tips for those who want to go to a Brazilian Churrascaria: 1) Go to the restaurant on a completely empty stomach! 2) RESIST THE BUFFET! Do not put a lot of food in your plate, wait until the meat arrives. 3) ASK the server for any meat you want (if you want a specific cut, more well done, less well done etc) 4) Side dishes like Farofa and Vinagrete souce are just perfect for the occasion. 5) Do not leave the place without trying: Picanha, Maminha, Costela (ribs), Coraçãozinho (Chicken heart) and the Galic Bread. 6) You will find good pork and chicken, but in general the premium options are beef. Focus on this one. 7) In the end, ask for a Pineapple with sugar and cinnamon (It's sweet and it helps in the digestion of the food). Enjoy!

By the way, there's a unwritten rule every time you go to a churrascaria, which is: Don't exagerate on the buffet menu. Some people don't even take anything, just go for a empty plate. The reason is that you can enjoy more of the prime meat the servers are bringing, making worth your money.

Tip: Avoid Chicken (try only the chicken hearts) and Sausage. Don't eat a lot of carbohydrates like rice and potatoes. And give preference to Picanha, Cow Rib, Rack of Lamb. Be sure to try Farofa

Eu fui na unidade do shopping center norte e não achei nada especial, buffet pequeno, carnes muito mal passadas (eu gosto) mas quem estava comigo quase não comeu... Em meio a tantas churrascarias ruins atualmente a Fogo de chão é a melhor.
