I just love this lake. Windy every single day, mostly beautiful weather and perfect for testing some new stuff. Was testing a new foil. It's so hard to find the right trim, the right angle for the mast, especially for the backwing. If something is wrong it ends up mostly in some huge wipeouts, crashes or catapults as you can see :) But when you have the right adjustments its sooo much fun to go fast on the foil!
In Peler winds I used my Neil Pryde EVOXII 6.6 and the JP Foil Slalom 176. Wingspan between 65 and 75 cm. Wing area between 420 and 550. Was too choppy and windy for the foil but fun anyway.
In Ora winds I used the same wings but sailssize 7.4sqm.
Max speeds on the foil around 34knots. Still far from Mr. Goyard but getting there slowly. Every knot above 30kn is another level.
Also playing around with my new GoPro Max. That cam is just amazing. It's so easy to handle, so easy to cut the clips and you don't need the 2nd cam in the back anymore. Looking forward to film with the Max360 on the speedboard in France and Namibia.
