Wow look at the stats at the end, both players are so close to each other. I would bet my SOCKS that Happy's decision to expand his base gave him that little extra gold advantage and pressure to defeat Lyn. Well played !

Lyn completly forgot to use stomps at that fight at happy's expo.He had like 52 vs 37 pop. Really feel that he could've won right there

GENUINE QUESTION but; why did lyn focus lich in the fight at 20:50 instead of focusing destros or other units? it seems to me that lyn was "wagering" on being able to hit a stomp on both dk and lich at the same time, followed by a hex in order to prevent coil. If happy is not as good as he is and doesnt silence tc or sh or both; if he hexes dk the lich still has an invul potion. if happy is fast enough he can dispel and coil anyways because hes got plenty of mana. lyn had a supply advantage of 56 to 41 at the start of the fight; why didnt he just focus a banshee to prevent a curse on blade therefore mantaining max dps. Furthermore lyn's supply is made up of piercing damage units vs hero armor; why not focus a destro with light armor? One purge and destro is likely to go down. ofcourse lyn is one of the greatest players of all time. how many players in the world could even be in that position vs happy 20 min into a match. Does anyone have any further insight on the decision making at this high level of wc3?

Counter opinion: Only reason this game was somewhat entertaining was because *BOTH players actually played like СRАР* , making really silly blunders at some points in the game... Ye... sorry, I'm not fun at parties !! :P .

@Grubby Why don’t pro Orc players try using more of Pitlord and Dark Ranger, to a) nullify DK coils b) silence to disable hero casting

. . . And Dark Ranger and Pit Lord can't be coil-nuked. I think it's because Orc heroes are just too good to pass up. Also, Dark Ranger's Dark Minions and Pit Lord's Howl of Terror are free XP for Undead with even 1 Destroyer.

UD almost always has destroyers, making silence useless except for those hero focus moments where you're targeting a non-DK UD hero and even a split-second disabling of coil can lead to a successful kill; but even then you have SH and TC for that whose other skills also outweigh the benefits you'd get from having a DR.

I respect Happy but, I wish he would lose more. Mainly because he does similar strategy every game (dk and lich, tier 3 frenzy ghouls, statues). Surely there must be a soft counter to that? Even just mass air plus panda perhaps

And other units. Hero focus only works if you know how to do it. It's actually easy to beat players that hero focus. You just wouldn't know what that even means, let alone comprehend how one would develop a strategy to defeat hero focusing players.
