Too much excuse me, ice breakers is the most important one before u introduce ur selves, when u clear up the dish, ask the guest if they were enjoyed or no, not saying excuse me, can i clear up ..totallly wrong.

I think he is serving on the right side, it's just the camera viewpoint so you assume that it is being serve from left side..

You shouldn’t always saying excuse me. It’s sounds annoying. You can drop foods or drinks by saying Dish announcement without “Excuse Me” there’s so many phrases that you can use.
