Raspberry leaf tea is the most underrated. It’s great relief for soft muscle cramps, particularly for period cramps. And it’s so tasty! If you have raspberry bushes nearby, pop the leaves in your tea too

Hey man it’s the perfect time of year to find Porcini mushrooms in the uk, they’re everywhere, just found a bunch and they are so firm and tasty and packed with wild mushroom flavour. Maybe look for a few in your Welsh countryside and make a recipe on them…?

You gotta try plantain dumplings in stews if you haven’t. Just amazing! I just take the raw plantain and grate it with a hand grater and boom. I hope you feel better soon, congrats on the restaurant. Bless up
