yoked up get big Eating a lot will make you fatter but if youre on steroids, it will do what it was intended to do which is turn your body from normal to enhanced balancing out with the synthetic testosterone as opposed to it being stored in your body as excess fat which is why you see only juice heads recommending you eat 6-10 times a day to get bigger because the drugs offset the bullshit. Anyone else on this diet will get fat guaranteed. Stop downplaying steroids as if it’s NOT JUST as important when talking about professionals.

true dat, ever since i started to get my diet on point that is when i easily and quickly saw progress. My diet is extremely strict. Low glycemic but high carb. Coupled with high protein and medium amounts of fats. Honestly do not care much about fats because im pretty much just looking to put in more size than conditioning. 1. Diet then 2. Training

Finally! Another video about eating! You really need to make more of these. Everybody knows working out is the easiest part and eating is the hardest part! Alot of force feeding and it fucking sucks! Whether to lose weight, gain weight, be aesthetic, whatever... YOU HAVE TO EAT!

I know how they feel now... Staying at 1:00 cooking or eating the last meal late in the morning and eating and bringing your prep meals everywhere in a bag and after training. I can't even talk to friends until after I'm done with my meals because this is like a job. But what I can say is the I LOVE IT!!!!

The problem now a days it's that ppl seem confused about how to get big.. Gear is no secret... But that's why ppl mess up their bodies and end up in the cemetery for the lack of knowledge...... Everything is important...u can eat all u want.but u have to train right...eat right..and use gear to get competition big..... Come on ppl... Eating is a price of the puzzle... Excuses, u can get around 6500 calories in 6 meals for 15$ a day atleast where i live.Just buy in bulk cheap food, chicken breast rice oats eggs and lean red meat

@@alphamale1228 serbia bro, chicken breast 1kg 4$ , oats 500g 1.80$ rice 1kg 2$ eggs 1.5$ red meat 500g 3 $. That equals around 12-13$ plus you have leftover rice and oats for following days.

I've never followed the 6 meals a day regimen,, I ate whenever my body wanted food and I got big just like that,,, so I think 6 meals to get big is a myth
