Obviously he's on steroids but it also takes genetics and a shitload of work to get that big. I've known a lot of guys in my life to do steroids and work out and couldn't even get close to that size that's why bodybuilders are a small percentage of the population. But when you look at the amount of bodybuilders that have died from enlarged Hearts because the heart is a muscle and it grows with all the other muscles ,,,it's quite staggering,,, guys like Nasser El Sombati, Rich Piana etc...etc..etc...
