It’s interesting that Korean foods are usually big portions but Japanese is concentrating on garnished smaller portions. The writing, dress is similar in many ways.

We use this fish as a bait not for eating. But they are one of the safest and healthiest fish next to sardine to eat .

Can't beat fresh mackerel prepped like that... draining all the fishy oil and leaving a lean flesh and crispy skin topped with lemon🍋 . I wish I had some right now
