"Kyoto Isaburo Seipan" is a popular bakery that sells about 150 types of bread with overwhelming cost performance.
I got close to the Sumiyoshi store in Osaka city from 4 am.

これだけの重労働…最低賃金にほんのり早朝手当てが付いたくらいのお給料でないことをついつい心配してしまいます…。が、早朝から働いて下さる方々のおかげで朝から焼きたてのパンが食べられることに感謝ですね

Yo solo había visto el melónpan como pan de dulce y 2 o 3 panes como de sal. Todo se ve muy limpio y muy bien organizado, aparte de sabroso, se antoja 😋😋

Now, that was amazing 🤩 these women work like well oiled machines! Items going in and out of the oven all morning! Every worker was thinking 10 steps ahead on what she was doing next. Everything looked fresh an yummy! Quality ingredients and didn't seem to skimp on volume. From beginning to end the final product was well presented and many eager customers waiting to come inside. Excellent job ladies! Much love from GA USA 🇺🇸👏

look at the breads they sell, donuts,ham and cheese breads......shelfs that look like the inside of every mall bakery. not gonna lie though all the japanese bakeries look great even the corporate ones in my country.....pullman bakery,isetan bakery.....their baked goods are always on another level.

家の近くに、洋菓子の専門学校が有るのですが、この前女性の生徒さんがコンテストで金賞を取ったって、垂れ幕が揚がっていました🙂洋菓子は、女性の方がセンスが有るのですかネェ🤔それにしても、パン工房は素敵ですネ🤗

je crois que j'ai pris trois kilos en regardant ce superbe documentaire ! Production, organisation, diversité des produits et le tout dans le calme et une sérénité qui appelle à l'admiration. Récemment j'avais vu un documentaire sur un boulanger Japonais dans les montagnes tout aussi admiratif !

usually these are sweetened red bean paste, sweetened purple sweet potato cubes/paste, sweetened chestnut paste, black sesame paste, cream cheese egg custard, sweetened pumpkin cream paste, sweet corn cream paste, syrup soaked dried fruits, salted mayonnaised tuna flake paste, curry minced beef etc.. one very special filling only found in Japan is the soy sauce stir-fried noodle! for sandwich, they use deep fried pork chop, fried cod fillet and fried prawn mostly. they are all delicious!

Вот это трудолюбивый народ! За маленькие деньги готовы упахивать. Если бы я столько работала мои булочки стоили бы дорого, либо я нашла бы другую работу. А они работают и не жалуются и обеспечивают свой город качественными и разнообразными хлебами и булочками. Молодцы!
