For viewers, as Hyderabad is famous for biryani. Due to popularity they might have added “Hyderabad” to their name. Another famous restaurant in Chennai “SS Hyderabad Biryani”. Then give it a different name. The actual authenticity is not there so it’s biriyani. Call it tomato pulao or something. Biriyani invented by Mughals in india and there are particular spices and topping goes with biriyani.

This is not real hyderabadi briyani... In real hyderabadi briyani they wont add tomato... And they will add fried onions in that... And main thing they wont do in big vessel like this... They will use small smal vessel maximu 6kg to 10kg only... But bhai created his new style chennai style briayin🙃🙂🤔

Every region has its own environment, geography, culture and language. What good for North India like Delhi, lucknow, Patna, Calcutta, murshidabad and Dacca may be bad for Kashmir, Amritsar, Ambala, Chandigarh, rohtak, hisaar, gurgaon, nuh, Alwar, jaipur, udaipur and Bikaner. Chennai is several hundred kilometres in south of Hyderabad, it is hot and necessary to keep tomato to chill the impact of Biryani. Hence they use so much tomates in Chennai biryani to replace dosa,idly and masala dosa.

He might be inspired by hyderabadi biryani but what he is making is pakke ghosh ki biryani neither chicken or mutton biryani cook b4 adding rice marinate first right leave it for few hours and then start cooking rice and give final touches thats it.

I don't know what the fuss is about calling it a hyderbadi biryani and adding onions or tomatoes in it. Meanwhile our traditional cultural momos is literally being remixed into whatever all over India and they add anything inside it and then label and market it as MOMOS, stuffings such as paneer or momos such as chilli momos should be a crime but then again, if our Indian bhai's and behen's like it then why should we have a problem ?

Everybody has their own flavour and taste, i agree but customers are not satisfied then whatsoever food is not worth it I tasted last week's first customer to get it. Biriyani has an average taste. Don't call it as hyderabadi biryani when you are mixing tomatoes...also no water is added for cooking. Its a unique style called DUM that gets from the moisture of the mixed ingredients of the meat,ghee etc..to cook entire rice and meat as a whole process.. don't simply spoil the brand of Hyderabad..
