As a westerner it's easy to criticize the methods of this cooking style. It looks unsanitary, meat setting out ,bare hands in everything, flies all over but it does look very healthy and delicious. I'd love to try this one day.

I really do not care of the hygiene as of now, what I found and realized most fascinating thing is, Biryanis in Pakistan can only taste authentic there and taste the best there, they have the nag for it, it's a part of their culinary history and Pakistanis have one of the best food items rich in fats and spice, pleasing to the soul and stomach. who'd care of where it is coming from or where it is made...!

Fellow westerners, everybody gets it about the hygiene - there doesn’t need to be 50000 posts about it. Things will improve for them as development does. They are doing the best they can to provide food for the masses at affordable rates, adhering to western standards requires significant time and more staff cleaning that they don’t have the ability to cover. Look how hard they are working as it already is. Great job guys, keep up the important work.

I have had hyderabadi biryani it was the most disgusting and filthy tasting thing I had ever eaten! over riddled with garam masala and ghee and saffron! it was like eating a piping hot paan 🤢🤢🤢 and I had it 10 times. My own theory is that all the good bawarchis moved to Karachi after partition, and their not so talented shagirds started their own restaurants in India. If you want real authentic hyderabadi Osmaniya biryani come to Karachi! We have way better biryani than any city in India

It's not the workers issue but the money hungry owner We call this corruption.... Hygiene is a big issue in Pakistan because no one intends to invest in tool, materials and better work practice. Corruption is in the veins of rich people
