Hello Everyone, welcome to a brand new podcast where I have tried to share a complete insight on Women’s Health in the present new age.

Let me cut this out … 👉🏻Do fasting once a week 👉🏻Do strength training twice a week 👉🏻Do your simple exercises they r must 1. Add protein in your diet ( whey protein) 2. Add good fats to your diet( seeds , nuts , ghee , butter etc) 3. Cut your carbs ( rice , bread ) 4. Avoid sugar and excessive salty foods, packaged food items . 👉🏻Good quality sleep is must 👉🏻Addition of supplements requires body check up - consult your doctor Take prescribed supplements . ❤Every problem have solutions Eat healthy, worry less , more activity YOLO ✨

Great podcast 🔥, I was watching another podcast of a doctor and even they also talked about the importance of consuming magnesium, they suggested to dip your legs in a bucket filled with water and add Epsom salt (magnesium) in it for 20 mins. I think its a great way to get magnesium absorbed in our body.
