Lasooni Methi Sabji.... A Very Unique and a fabulously Delicious and Easy to make dish. Thanks to "Food Forever"( I would have appreciated if your name would have been published in the demo or in the Community write up) Anyway I tried this recepe of yours on 29thMarch2024 and followed as per your demo. And This was a Grand hit with my family. The Trick of the PASTE has really enhanced the flavour to a higher level. Though it looked as if oil was a bit too much but it suits the dish as it is termed as "Dhaba Style". I tried this dish with Roti and also with Rice. Both the tryouts were Simply Terrific. I can prepare 5 types of different vegetables in such huge amount of oil.And like all Punjabi gravies, same ingredients, onion ,tomato,dhniya,jeera, haldi,namak garam masala.What is so different? Main vegetable and gravy are in 1:2 proportion.Any thing which is soo much oily will always be tasty.Skill is required to prepare a tasty cuisine in less oil.Think over it.
