Awww how cute that Khee acknowledged it. Yes, he's definitely open-minded and game to try everything and is obvious that he loves food. Most westerners would have a hard time to eat something if they know there's brain, innards, blood, liver, and whatnots in their food. They usually can't wrap their head around eating those. I guess it's good to explain that because the Philippines is a 3rd world country, Filipinos eat mostly to survive and not for luxury or to just satisfy their pallettes. This explains why no parts are wasted as every resource is precious and hard to acquire especially to parts of the country where source of food is sometimes scarce.
