it is called *nalleru* in telugu,it has many ayurvedic benefits,specially it will make the bones super strong we use to eat it as chutney and also we mix the paste in dosa and roti

It is cissus quadrangularis & it ionises calcium & other metal ions esp when your bones are weak & fragile. My orthopaedic surgeon recommend me these & omg I got recovered with no pain very early.

I like how they shake their heads to answer you, means "its okey"?

there are different meanings to the head shake. I have been told the faster the shake and the higher they raise their eyebrows the more good something is. So you can see he raises his eye brows pretty high and the head shake is mildly fast so he is saying the food is good. Lowered eye brows or a confused brow and a slow head shake can mean disbelief so pay attention to the speed and eyebrows.

xWiLDoGx I know what you mean. I lived in Morocco for several years and knew some of the poorest people on the planet they will also some of the happiest. These people all have a home behind them they're cooking out in front of their home. everybody in Morocco has a home and a gas cooktop but not very much else and I was happier there than anyplace on Earth I have lived. :-)
