This is her sonar results taken after her urine looked like black coffee: There's a blockage in the common bile duct where it joins with the pancreatic duct. This blockage is caused by a stone that is about 21 x 15 mm in size. The common bile duct is very enlarged, measuring 14 mm wide, and it has a twisted path. This enlargement is likely due to a long-term blockage. The appearance is not typical for a condition called choledochal cyst (choledoschocele). The pancreatic duct is slightly enlarged, but there are no growths inside the ducts, no tumors in the pancreas, and no inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis). The gallbladder does not have any stones and is not inflamed. There are no abnormalities in the liver or enlargement of the spleen.
