Very informative! Being up in age I have noticed vertical ridges appearing in my nails however experience the opposite problems as described as mine grow so fast and nail trimmers don't work and have to use small embroidery scissors plus emery boards to keep them groomed. Also the Vegan polishes I don't necessarily recommend as it doesn't last (chips so easily) so one is continuously having to chemically remove it which IMO is harsher on the nails. That being said; excellent advice re diet but shall also add 'if you wish strong/pliable nails, add gelatin supplements to it at least twice a week'. i.e.: In capsule form, a dish/compote of your favorite flavored jello(s).
