Hello dr. , Very informative... Dr. Mera bhi approximately 2 years pehle foot drop shuru ho gaya thha , lekin uss samay maloom nahi thha ki ye foot drop hai , phir aik Physiotherapist k paas Gaye tab unhone diagnose kiyaa ki ye partially foot drop hai , tab se regular physiotherapy Kara rahi hoon , jab tak ki koi unavoidable condition naa ho , starting mai to phyada lag raha thha lekin ab leg mai strainght. Kum hoti jaa rahi hai aur doosri leg kee bhi strength Kum hoti jaa rahi hai.. foot drop vale leg kee fingers bhi ander kee taraf mud gai hain... Abb AIIMS mai treatment chal raha hai ye pata lagane k liye ki iska reason kyaa hai , aapka kyaa suggestion hai

10 साल पहले मेरी कमर में बैक में सर्जरी हुई थी तब से मुझे यही प्रोब्लम है चल सकता हु, पर आगे पंजे पर खड़ा नही हो पा रहा हु, और दोनो पैर की उंगलियां mudi hui aur shunn bhi hai, एक जगह खड़ा रहने में दिक्कत है बेलेंस नही रहता,,,पैर के तलवे भी shunn है क्या इस से फायदा होगा मुझे..?

I uma purohit of 62 years at 2022 I faced a spinal cord surgery and got a footdrop since that I am practicing exercises from 1.5 years regularly that improved my pain 70 percent now which exercise should I practice that could improve my pain 100 percent ?

Yes, it is curable. Do regular exercises and take your prescribed medicines on time.

@@pratikchauhan2431 pata nhi q, main jab frequent exercises karta hun, tab muje zada foot drop hone lagta hai, aur jb exercises nhi krta hun to foot drop kam hota h. Esa kyun hai? Please bataye. Am doing frequent leg exercises. No improvement.

Someone pressed near the little toe of my foot with his shoe's tip for 40 minutes, due to which the mass of the foot was crushed and a pit has formed, it hurts a lot, even after many treatments, it is not getting better, please tell its treatment.

It depends on many factors like: "How soon did you start doing exercises after developing drop foot?" "How many hours a day do you exercise?" "How good or bad is your drop foot condition?" So, the progress depends on several things... Just keep exercising regularly, as much as you can every day. Have a nice day. 🙂
