There is no torsion tape, the only material on the boot is 360 agility bandages. Majority of the material is exposed but a polyurethane layer around the edges was added for durability and I'm guessing that's what you thought were the torsion tapes. Other than that good video

Ray Lewis it's not an uncommon mistake for this channel. They mislabel things quite a bit but this one caught my attention most cuz it was kind of dumb from my point of view

the launch colorway on these are better because the 3 stripes are white they are more low profile and you can wear them casually
