The first two parts in Jojo they use “hamon” which is some kind of sunlight breathing technique which is good to use against vampires. After that they don’t really have vampires except one that’s around so the use “stands” that are a physical representation of one’s soul and life energy.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventureis a multi-part story about the Joestar family. Each Part is its own semi-independent story set in a different place and period, from end-1800 Victorian England to a high-security prison in modern Florida. The only constant is that the main character is nicknamed "JoJo" (for ex. JOnathan JOestar), and it's destined to use weird supernatural powers to fight against evil.

Hamon in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a mystical breathing style which when combined with martial arts is able to pump the energy if the sun into the user's body, allowing them to destroy vampires, zombies, and the Pillar Men. It is later downgraded in favor of Stands and later The Spin. Stands are those ghostly psychic bodies created by Stand Users. Mastering Hamon and The Spin can create Stands as well. The Spin is a strange type of math-magic. By spinning something using The Golden Rato (an actual mathematical equation in real life), one can generate infinite energy and use it to create miracles. It should be noted that The Spin only shows up in Steel Ball Run (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure part 7). All characters in All Star Batrle R can be divided as Hamon Users, Vampires, Stand Users, Spin Users, or Baho (guest character from another unrelated Araki manga, Baho is an alien symbiote inhabiting a human body; only the hero of Baho has it).

Father Puchi: Dio's best human friend and inheritor of Dio's "Heaven Plan". The other two Jojo's are from another universe and this have no direct connection to universe one Jojo family line. They are... Jonny Joestar (horse rider), Josuk Higasakata (admesa victim, called Josuki 8 by fans as he shairs a name with the other Jojo in universe one). And when Jojolands comes out this month, another Jojo (I don't know his name yet).
