When i was little i used to dance to all the feet dancing on screen, i had a great childhood
@bryanloveseighties4 ай бұрын
I didn't, but man oh man, I took the name of this movie for granted. I saw it in the theater in 1984. I was 8 years old at the time and when the songs came on, I just had to get up and dance. Luckily, we were sitting in the back row with no other rows in front of me so I can do that. Also, my parents didn't object to that, thank goodness. The movie was called Footloose, and, boy, was I ever!

@@bryanloveseighties Well being a 2000s kid, my mother owned the DVD of the movie when i was little, and you have no idea how many times i kept on repeating these opening credits, i remember too the first time asking her for the DVD just to play it, i couldn’t for the life of me remember the name of it cause i was only like 6 or 7 years old, i kept telling her i wanted ‘The movie Froot Loops that has the dancing shoes.’

When and where did he say that? Gotta link?
@LucaChuck254 жыл бұрын
@@Jayskiallthewayski His movies tend to have a lot of close ups of feet, usually women. Biggest example is in Kill Bill when Uma Thurman is wiggling her toe. So it became a joke over the years that he has a foot fetish.
@williamshaw90474 жыл бұрын
@@LucaChuck25 He does have one. Some of this past girlfriends have said one of the first things he'd do was take them shoe shopping.

“Footloose” (1984) is known to be Kenny Loggins’ signature song. He wrote it, recorded it especially for the soundtrack to the motion picture of the same name. But that’s not all the singer-songwriter did. In the opening credit sequence*, over 150 pairs of feet were shot : the cast’s and crew’s. And among those feet, Kenny Loggins’ very own, in quite recognizable GOLDEN SHOES‼️ Have a look… 💙🎶💜 * Probably the best and MOST EXHILARATING INTRO in the history of musical films.

It was considered a sin, because the charcter John Lithgow plays lost his son in an accident after a dance party. But I guees by now you know that. 😁
