I ran my first half Marathon 3 years ago when I was 13. I did it in 1 hour 54 min. I’ve never run another half Marathon since that day. That pace isn’t so fast but it becomes fast if u are running for almost 2 hours. Imagine running a Marathon in 2 hours. Really impressive!

12mph maxing out a standard treadmill is not that difficult to hold for a half mile so adding 1mph should be manageable to hold for a quarter mile especially when you can bail whenever you want to. I've also learned about running form so could actually sustain a high pace without getting form all messed up.

For those who don’t know, Kelvin Kiptum died in a car accident. The car drove out of control for 10 meters before hitting a tree, killing him soon after. Fly high, Kelvin. You will always be remembered. Rest in peace 🕊

32.3 km/hr = 8.97 m/sec, in itself is a great TOP speed for non professional runners. Doing that for 3 mins straight would put you at 8.97m/s * 180s = 1615 m ~ 1 mile. So, as the above comment said either you are lying or mistaken.
