It does make sense since e.l.f. And CT are owned by the same parent company. Same formula with maybe a different ratio on the more expensive ingredients but they still make it in there and similar enough packaging that is still different enough to justify an marketing team for both brands.

I feel like the elf halo glow doesn’t have a wide range for paler girls though. It’s great that they have a wide range of darker shades but my winter shade is really pale and my summer shade is their lightest color😞
