Thank you Ma'am for informative video... I have 2 kids, 1 is toddler nd 1 is older... In lockdown, we stopped our maid, so I do everything in home. First it was impossible for me to do so much work after my delivery even didn't get my sleep properly. But now I make a point to a after nap atleast half an hour. With this, i feel fresh and get back to my house hold work..

First time somebody actually said something true. CYCLING Its my own experience. My menstrual pain almost stopped by cycling. Cycling is good for menstruation. Those who have periods cramps..do cycling. Mam ..ur grt.👍

Mam I had this problem I didn't even realize it..I had my first baby normally and I had one miscarriage and had to be operated and then had my second baby with c-section now whenever I sneeze or cough my urine leaks..and I did not know it was a problem..I am 35 years so thought that it was normal..Thank you mam you are my Guru for life and you saved me from a serious health problem which I didn't even realize.

thanks to Ritu mam, am 37, just few months back noticing fatness below lower belly and yes constipation has increased, and urge to urinate is also more, knew right away somethign has gone wrong with ovaries or somethign related to female organs, but today got answer,

I think the yoga poses you've mentioned can be summed up in Suryanamaskar. So if anybody also wants to lose weight and exercise at the same time including benefits she's mentioned, suryanamskar is going to be good, I guess.
