I'm the map! Beautiful job on the build. In my 05 Airstream Interstate the inverter has a wired factory remote which intercepted and installed a relay to switch it on as soon as the shore power is unplugged. He used a transfer switch which is the same concept. You would think that the RV industry would make that standard equipment.

Right? Automatic transfer switches are imperative in my previous work at data network server rooms. It seems so simple and necessary, yet I seem to be the only person installing them in vans. WHY? I've seen so many vans with one set of plugs for shore and another set of plugs for inverter. Every time they switch power sources they need to move device cords to another outlet. That would make me crazy! Maybe I already am?

Excuse me... the name is Backpack!!! :) Purple Haze has negativity about a girl, a curse and a man feeling trapped. Definitely not the vibe of this van (anymore). Deep Purple also has negativity in the context of vans and engines. Smoke on the water cannot be a good thing when speaking of vans. Backpack, on the other hand, implies the van has everything Dora needs for an adventure!!!

So I need to know where the 12v/110v/solar changing switch can be sourced? And the custom sprinter carpet? And heck - the dash carpet cover too!

Thanks for your opinion. I'm sure it matters to SOMEBODY! Just not me. The miles a van has been driven has VERY LITTLE to do with the current condition. This one is in much better condition than most similar vans with far fewer miles. I hope you enjoy being a troll and commenting where it serves no purpose other than embarrassing yourself.

@@wfjones123 Simple, comments and interaction drives more views. Thank you. I also thought you might gain some knowledge but if you are resisting it, that's OK with me. I'm confident price isn't the only reason you aren't going to buy this van. Difference of opinion gives us something to talk about. I can be edgy but still practicing being respectful while doing it.

Trolls gonna troll. Asking price for what you get with this is insanely fair. Plus the miles, even if they were super important, aren't even insanely high for this type of engine to begin with.
