A lot of them do have really good messages. I feel like they are putting out positive things in their lyrics. It's a lot better than a metal band who fake worships Satan or actually does. Either way it's not helping anyone really. A lot of Christian bands have good messages that don't have to always strictly coheed to their religious beliefs. You might just like 'em for their sick breakdowns XD Just kinda my outlook on it.

I feel like the lack of existential angst kinda takes the punch out of it though. The reason a lot of metal has satanic undertones is because it defies much of the religious dogma the majority of people live by. That said, christian metal isn't worse per se, and I liked this song a lot. I just have a hard time feeling the same authenticity and energy from it.

God’s children are not for sale. I’ve been listening to this song since 2016 and I can’t help but cry. In the comfort of my home, with my family, writing this… while people are forced to sex slavery. What must a man do to help those? How does a man help? I feel so lost. God guide me and protect everyone in this comment section. God please bless everyone who sees this video and may you impact them as greatly as you impacted me. Lord Jesus, you gave me a gift, and that is to be a great Doctor. God I ask that you guide me through the darkness and show me how to use your gifts to serve the world. In Lord Jesus’ name Amen.

This is heartbreaking but also encouraging knowing that people are taking a stand for Christ for those strongly effected by human trafficking. The lyrics, "only a coward would try to ignore it", really hits home. The only hope in all of this is Jesus Christ and in what He is doing through His people. What people don't understand is that this stuff breaks the heart of God. Some say He doesn't exist or He must not care and love people enough to allow this. God's heart is for the broken and suffering, and there is healing, restoration, and life in His only Son Jesus Christ.

I don't understand all the negative comments about this band. I am a huge supporter for metalcore, heavy metal music when our Lord and Savior is at the focal point. It may all sound the same as other metalcore bands but that is not the point. Its time we all grow up and keep our eyes to the sky and praise the Lord for bands making music for awareness about something so negative. Keep rocking it For Today.

This song has really motivated me to start a local community awareness program through my work. I work with the public and a large corporation and want to spread awareness of the signs to look for in a human trafficking operation. I guess a big red flag for human trafficking operations are illegitimate businesses like massage parlors or spa treatment places. Also, truck stops are probably a huge one...God bless you for writing this song and inspiring those who have listened to it.

It truly disgusts me that most of these comments are about hating on members of the band because they are supposedly homophobic. Did the horrifying statistics not faze anyone?! This video is about sex trafficking awareness, not about being against gay people. How can you watch this video without being disgusted and moved by the terrible things that happened to those young girls? Maybe the root of the problem is that nobody cares enough to think about it, much less to do anything to stop it.

They are just sharing their believe hoping it will help. I agree with everything they say. If you actually listen to the message before you get defensive, you will realize that their faith shows them these things. I pray that you all will be more open to other's opinions.

This song isn't "stupid". It's sending a educational positive message unlike some people that saying this song is stupid. I believe the reason why some of you may not like this song is because the format; dislike. Why would you want to bash a positive message? Maybe if one of you guy's bashing this song had a love one that went though something along the line's of this video your thoughts would alter. Yeah, Everybody has there own opinion but freedom of speech is not a license to spread hate.

Why are so many arguing about the messages in Christian music? Can you not hear and see what this song is about??? I'm sure we can all agree that THIS song has an important message that everyone needs to hear, especially those fools who think this doesn't happen in the states to people from the states; and maybe their next door neighbor. Anyway people need to realize that this was made to bring attention to a very real issue that has been infecting society for too long of a time instead of trying to stab each other through the face with comments. Have a great day, and God bless.

I haven't always been a fan of this band but I remember meeting Mattie Montgomery when he still had dreads in Long Island for a Life In Your Way Show and he was reading the bible and seriously searching for answers. Regardless if what people say or think about this band Mattie is sincere and doing what he thinks for himself and others is right. I applaud them for creating more and more consciousness about human trafficking as well as building more and more safer places for people to seek out God or community. Bands like this although at times not always my favorite music, really leave an impression that the gospel is still real today and that music even "christian" music can help in the cause for social change. I recommend Sleeping Giant as well you will be surely blessed.
