Hello, the thing about the mallow seeds is interesting, in my village in Sanlúcar la Mayor, near to Seville, some old people are fermenting the mallow seeds in salt water (3-5%) and calling it quesito (little cheese) so maybe thats where the name is coming from. And btw some of the older people here are also fermenting stinging nettle seeds and saying it tastes similar to pickled cucumber xD Very informative video, was a pleasure to listen 🙏

hehe we are in an intense drought, lets mow our ornamental lawns to half an inch so the soil can totally dry out. oh, you mean we need to water it? 😂 ah too much work, just cover it with plastic... nobody will notice... ☹️
