Finally! I have been anxiously waiting for Forbes to release their expertly selected picks, everyone knows they are the most trusted name in eskate. I would never buy a board unless it was Forbes Vetted. Take their 30 under 30 list for example. Every single person they have "chosen" has gone on to do great things and be super successful and trustworthy. I'm glad that they pointed out the boards that have brake regen. It is such a wonderful feature to just be able to hit the brakes and have it charge your battery to full. It almost feels like it's breaking the laws of physics but as Forbes says, as long as you tap the brakes before your board completely runs out of battery and shuts down you are safe and a now back at full battery and ready to shredy. The roads are pretty bumpy where I live, so I'm glad that Forbes highlighted that carbon fiber decks offer the best flex and shock absorption

Imagine using a founder of DGK, a regular skateboard company, as a reliable source for a product that is an electric longboard, fundamentally different than a skateboard at its most basic level. I find it hilarious that they didn't reach out to e-skate groups or creators to hear more about what to look for in an e-skate, but rather turned to skate company owners and other non- e-skate brand owners for criteria. You can't make this stuff up 😂.

Hi, Thanks for this video. I'm a beginner in skateboarding and having a top 5 or a ranking to help me choose my board would be great. I will do 15 km per day with big climbs and descents on roads that are not always very clean (holes, sidewalk crossings, tram rails). I spotted the following models : Wowgo 3E, Meepo VOYAGER, Exway FLEX SE, Exway FLEX PRO, Backfire Zealot S2 ans Backfire Zealot X or G3. Can you give me your ranking on these models and those that best suit a beginner and my travel constraints? Thx in advance for your help. A french fan 🤙

Entertaining :) As a retailer in Sydney, Australia, the biggest part of our advice to customers includes our experience with supporting these boards. Getting a replacement part from Meepo can take weeks, while we can support Evolve boards much quicker here.

Hi Daniel Greetings from Germany I have really big problems finding an electric board that suits me and that I know, that it is going to hold up. Can you help me finding a board. I would be more than happy My plan is riding it to work. There is only good smooth roads. The commute would be 5 km 5 days a week. I thought about the backfire zealot S or the meepo V5 But I am not sure about belt or hub system. I also have the problem that I can't test drive one here because there are no shops that sell those. Thanks for you help

I dont know what you're talking about DK, carbon fiber boards are the BEST AT SHOCK ABSORPTION... like do you even ride these boards?! 😆😆 its not a totally horrible list, i would have also changed some things around as well but they are just sad people sitting in an office writing about something they don't even use.

I just bought a wowgo 3E it’s crazyyy for 449$ now on there website. Unfortunately it took 19 days to be at my dooor after I ordered but it is highly efficient and fast. A little scary riding so slow next to fast cars but if I would never buy a mini skateboard ever …. They are too short to go fast

The text part of the forbes list is indeed questionable. But the boards itself are descent. Most website reviews are made of awful low quality amazon boards from 2018-2019.

Hadean :D only reason to get a NON Evolve board is if you want some silly range. The amount of precision and fun you have with an Evolve remote is not comparable to anything else.

the gtr only has a 14ah 500wh battery the biggest battery I have seen on an AT board is the ownboard zeus pro 25ah 1170wh

@@DirtyBird01 Exway X1 Max Riot. Tried the 85mm stock setup and 105mmm cloudwheels. I reached 45kph. For me the acceleration is too weak tho. It is still a good beginner or daily commute board :)

For me I dont give a fuck :D had Meepo boards, then went to Evolve boards and Ive loved them VERY MUCH just because of the remote itself, a good trigger remote gives you insane amount of more FUN to ride any board out there. I dont get why board companies still try to stick with the roll stick remote. Hadean has been insane for me, on the 97mm street wheels I get around 50km on one charge as a 96KG rider. Super slick and thin, super comfy wide deck and easy to carry around.. its just an overall perfect board with great acceleration power. I tried Exway Atlas but not PRO.. the non-pro had an INSANE curved deck.. feet literally hurt standing on it lol.
