He won't sue. He doesn't want to open that can of worms. He can deny, deny, and scream and yell about being attacked by vicious liars!! If he sues everything will come out. All the witnesses will all have to give testimony in sworn depositions. With 4,500 tips not investigated by the FBI, that could amount to thousands of pages of testimony against Kavanaugh.

Listened to Inspector Morse on BBC audiobooks last night. 'INTO THE SHALLOWS' EPISODE. THE story reminded me of Kavenaugh's hearing, the way the students at Oxford behaved. The plot, and characters. Has anyone else made the connection or is it just me and my exhaustion from the klaxon going off three times since 3 am.

Yep... A lawsuit... That brings depositions under oath, and a fine toothed comb to all the lies that republicans used to get one more of their pigs onto the court... Brilliant... Bring it... They won't of course because once that can of worms is opened their own past is likely to come bleeding out. Like Barrett... And Thomas... And Alito... Every one of them will oppose any lawsuit for just this reason. In fact, they're most likely to throw Kavenaugh under the bus to protect themselves...
