Insurance costs more because replacement parts cost more due to inflation. The government can not tell a business to lose money. Unless, of course, it is a socialist government.

might as well complaining why everything is expensive and stop pick and choose. like mc donald 1$ sandwiches are now 4$, home depot woods are too expensive, gas is expensive, food expensive. address the needs that are expensive. all the building materials are10x higher and labor is at least 1.5x higher so that all transfer to houses cost and plus demands and profits. insurance is a want not need. and how exactly the government going to force people on how much they should charge on their properties while the government themselves is jacking up property taxes and permit fees, limit homestead exemptions etc. they're in the housing market as much or more as anyone eles

the stories I'm hearing about HOA Assessment fees is so sad 😢, my dad warned me about HOA's being a mafia style thing and now seeing it totally sucks

Individual net worth in "high tax" states like Cali, NJ, NY is much higher than in bleak red states with no opportunity and no good paying jobs. Where are the GOOD paying jobs in Florida??
