And something no one points out by the quantity of feds who went to Trump's home in FL ... is how many were armed with long guns that required they actively use their hands to manage and secure them. As IF TWO AGENCIES OF THE SAME FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WOULD HAVE A FREAKING SHOOT OUT OVER THIS. You want to talk "insurrection" ..?? Had the secret service found their warrant(s) to exceed actions they took or be insufficient for their conduct altogether, would they have arrested secret service agents, and held them at gunpoint bc they were armed? Would they have shot them if they "moved to quickly" or failed to adequately comply with their demands (imagine if they merely used the force & rationale applied to killing Ashli Babbitt). We're not talking about a corrupt Sheriff the police had warrants to serve, we're talking about agency on agency force rather than doing what the US Gov does on a daily basis; discussing and making arrangements which're executed peacefully.

The Freedom of Information Act pretty much is explicit about how they're to treat any FOIA request and Congress should be priority for any department of the federal government to return what they've asked to be produced as part of an investigation....just shows ppl somebody is trying to hide something .. Contempt of Congress gives any member of Congress authority to have an officer in federal law enforcement to arrest the offender and deliver them to the closest detention facility to capitol hill and remand them into custody with the officer in charge without formal charges filed because they can be held indefinitely and until they satisfy Congresses request they've refused in 1st place .... Fauci probably destroyed everything before he retired but everything is on a server somewhere so he didn't do away with anything permanently . It'll just take time to get it but they can...

As a traditional Democrat who now considers my self Independent, I have developed increasing respect for Senator Rand Paul. It seems to me that the whole point of the Constitution, then the Bill of Rights and Amendments, was to define the nation and the government’s interaction with other nations and then its own citizens, based on clearly defined principals, NOT on emotions, social or political movements of the day, which of course change over the decades.

I remember how excited I was to see our documents under glass! Now they even talk of removing them from public view? I actually believe for a position as weighted with responsibility for our records AND our history, confirmation needs to involve 100% approval of a nominee, not decided along party lines. My 8th grade class in 2007 just after or maybe just before the March for Life, can't remember exactly which, at the Holocaust Memorial were told they couldn't enter the museum because our shirts had sonograms on them. It didn't happen to me though because I had a jacket on. They were told to reverse their shirts or cover them if they wanted to enter.

@@cdgolem One thing that I keep thinking about are todays leftists and the people from my encounter and how the left then was nothing like it is today and yet what happened to me and my class then happened just like is does today and we talked about it a little but didn't really think a whole lot about it. Maybe because it wasn't as common then or maybe because it wasn't as easy to spread the news about it.

what evidence do you have that Biden tried or claimed to declassify anything? Either as a Senator, or as VP? There is no evidence shown that he ordered documents be removed or actually moved them himself. FYI, #45 actually did not declassify a single thing. He followed no protocols and rules of declassification. And, it is impossible to declassify documents by simply "thinking about it" like he has telepathy or something idiotic.
