Very nice explanation about this important process. Thanks very much por sharing and contragatulations for giving a chance for an expert hands on professional to give a bit of his experience. Yes you can produce 1000 pieces per hour i has work in my Factory more than 20 years with this very nice machines good luck

only the ones on people that don't respect the machinery. it's easy enough to just not put your fingers into the dies.

Threaded rod is rolled by skewing the spindles to the complete lead angle with Annular dies which are just rings or skewed axis thru-feed dies where part of the lead angle is ground in the dies and the rest is created by skewing the spindles! Harold C. Sawyer MCF

colour is not a factor in selecting it, you know?

@ScottPankhurst It can be. In this instance, it should have been. Selecting a lubricant nearly the same color and shade of freshly spilt blood for use on MANNED heavy machinery takes a special kind of foolishness.
